Rules for use of opening facility in Baku Boulevard made public

Only 4 of all the rides and carousels in the National Seaside Park are subordinated to the Seaside Boulevard Office.

The rest service facilities, including rides and carousels belong to individuals, Deputy director of the National Seaside Park, Nazim Majidov said.

Touching upon the rules for use of the commissioning of individuals, he noted that usually businessmen address the Boulevard Office with proposals: “These issues are viewed at the board of management, good suggestions are approved and a contract is signed with a businessman, after which he starts activity in the boulevard”. .

Majidov added that these rules are absolutely clear. Along with this, he noted that currently there were no notices of commercial facilities in the boulevard: “There was no need for announcement, because there are not many commercial properties. Most of the previously existing cafes and restaurants were closed because of the unsuitability, the number of rides and carousels also reduced to 50%”.

According to his words, entrepreneurs can always come up with proposals to open new facilities in the boulevard. However, at present, proposals for opening facilities in new areas will not be accepted: “It is not known what the construction sites will be provided. We only know that there will be a coastal lane and landscaping for the recreation of people”.
