Azerbaijan prepares to apply “tax free” service

Preparatory works are underway in connection with the application of “tax free” service in business and service sector of Azerbaijan, Chief of Tax Policy and Strategic Research Main Department of the Taxes Ministry Shamil Arabov said.

To him, at present, appropriate investigations are underway in this direction.

Arabov noted that the issues related to installation of system of returning of paid taxes on commodity purchased by foreign citizens in Azerbaijan are being investigated currently.

Note that, the service tax free considers returning taxes paid on goods purchased by foreign citizens inside any country at the airports.
