Azerbaijani, Turkish energy ministers to discuss partnership in energy sphere

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev will discuss issues concerning energy partnership in the region with his Turkish counterpart Taner Yildiz, the Anadolu Agency reported.

"The talks will take place within a two-day conference of the Center for Technical and Economic Strategic Studies in Turkey," the agency reported.

The conference, to be held on Sept.8-9, will discuss regional projects on gas transit.

The event is also expected to be attended by energy ministers of Georgia, the Kurdish Regional Government of Northern Iraq and other officials.
