UN to hold an international workshop on Energy Statistics in Baku

The UN Statistics Division is jointly organizing with the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan an International Workshop on Energy Statistics in Baku.

The main objectives of this workshop are to train participants on the implementation of the recommendations contained in International Recommendations for Energy Statistics; review and discuss issues that countries face in the collection, compilation and dissemination of energy statistics; share national experiences and also contribute to the development of the Energy Statistics Compilers Manual, according to the source.

The seminar will be held from September 27 to September 30 in Baku.
