SOCAR changes recruitment rules

Recruitment rules are being changed at SOCAR, Khalik Mammadov, SOCAR Vice-president on human resources, regime and information technologies said at seminar held at headquarters of the company.

He said according to amendments, from September receipt of written complaints to the Department of Human Resources SOCAR on recruitment will be suspended, the treatment will be received only by on-line order: “Career section has been created on website of the company in relation to it”.

“The recruitment process will be implemented by the Department. The level of knowledge and professionalism of applicants will be checked by the appropriate structures”.
