Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta to increase authorized capital

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) registered issue prospectus of ordinary book entry registered shares of the Azerbaijani insurance company - JSC Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta worth 1.2 million manat, the State Committee said on Saturday.

Within the issue prospectus 1,000 shares at par value of 1,200 manat each were issued.
Thus, JSC Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta company’s authorized capital increased from the current 4.8 million manat to 6 million manat.

The company’s net income in 2010 totaled 1.287 million manat. Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta was established by the Azerbaycan Senaye Bankı in December 1996 and is a member of Azersun Holding Group of Companies. In 2010, the bank transferred half its shares to the Azerbaijani company Anadolu Investments.
