CBA signs contract to build new administrative building

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) signed a sales contract with JSC Azerkorpu, the CBA said on Friday.

According to the report, Azerkorpu won the tender to be head constructor of a new administrative building for the CBA. Construction includes excavation, closure of geological wells on the construction site, and the demolition of existing buildings in this area.

The contract between the CBA and Azerkorpu was signed on Aug. 22, 2011.

According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, a plot of land was allocated on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue to build a new complex of the CBA administrative buildings.
