Caucasus Development Bank increases authorized capital

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of the Caucasus Development Bank worth two million manat, the State Committee said on Wednesday.

Within the issue prospectus two million shares with par value of one manat each will be issued.

JSC "Caucasian Development Bank" was founded on April 23, 1996 to address issues of accelerating socio-economic development of Caucasus countries with the help of enterprises, banks, organizations and citizens of Azerbaijan, USA, Germany, Russia and Georgia.
