Azerbaijan and Turkey deepen cooperation in ICT sphere

Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov is on an official visit to Turkey. Turkish press reported that, during the visit Abbasov met with Minister for Science, Industry and Technology Nihat Ergun.

During the meeting, N. Ergun spoke of brotherly relations between the two countries emphasized the development of economic and political ties. The Minister said that trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey today is 1.650 billion dollars and need to increase this figure: "We need to expand relations between the two countries to develop new mechanisms for the creation of techno parks."
