Preferential lending of entrepreneurs to be increased next year in Azerbaijan

National Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Ministry of Economic Development will increase the volume of preferential loan for the entrepreneurs in 2012, said the NESF Executive Director Shirzad Abdullayev.

According to him, the repayment volume of preferential loans given to the entrepreneurs during the past year increased year-on-year: “Volume of repaid funds in 2010 made AZN 71 mln, while it was AZN 56 mln in 2009. According to forecasts, the fund to be repaid in 2011 will make AZN 91 mln, in 2012 – AZN 110 mln. Totally, AZN 64 mln repaid to the Fund, during the past period of 2011”.

Abdullayev also noted that, NESF had allocated AZN 92 mln preferential loan to 110+ entrepreneurs during 2011: “Totally, we’ll allowance AZN 125 mln preferential loan in 2011. This sum will be more next year, than 2011”.
