Bakcell announces request to attract consulting services

"Bakcell Ltd" announces Request for Information (RFI) from PR agencies operating both on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and outside the country on provision of communication consulting services for "Bakcell Ltd" activities in Azerbaijan.

"Bakcell Ltd" is looking for an agency that can provide strategic communication consulting services that includes external / internal communication, corporate PR and media relations, leadership communication, social media, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and crisis management.

Those agencies interested on provision of such services should send their proposal to the email address [email protected] no later than 19 August, 2011.
