Three small WPS to be constructed in Azerbaijan this year

Three water power stations are planned to construct in Azerbaijan this year, said the Azenco’s specialist on WPS Javid Shalbuzov.

According to him, these WPS are situated in Goychay, Gusar and Ismayilli regions. Next WPS will be launched in Fuzuli.

“Totally, 200 small WPS are planned across the country. These stations will be constructed in the areas which have hydro energy potential”.

According to him, totally, near 10 WPS will be constructed in different regions.
