State Social Protection Fund’s income increase by 13%

State Social Protection Fund’s incomes made AZN 929.4 mln, during first half of 2011, up 12.8% or AZN 105.6 mln, said the SSPF Chairman Salim Muslumov at the Board Meeting on outcomes of 1st half-year.

According to him, AZN 333.8 mln or 59.4% of AZN 561.6 mln-state social insurance premium came from non-budgetary sector, up 13.9% or AZN 40.7 mln compared to a year earlier: “Premiums on individuals rose 16.7%, on land owners – 18.4%”.

He also noted that, establishment of private account system was continued. According to him, over 98,000 insured persons have private account. Consequently, as of July 1, 2011, number of insured persons who have private accounts reached 1,898,462:

“At the same time, AZN 25.34 mln compensation was aid to the insured persons during 6 months, up 11% from year earlier. But, the sum on other expenditures was down 26.3% or AZN 7 mln compared to first month of 2011”.
