Azerbaijani representatives participate in seminar on leadership and management in Tajikistan

Azerbaijani representatives attended a seminar on leadership and management organized by OSCE in Tajikistan`s capital Dushanbe. The event has brought together senior border officers, custom experts and government officials from Moldova, Macedonia, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
The seminar was held in accordance with the action plan of the OSCE Border Management Staff College in Dushanbe.

The seminar saw debates on roles and functions of manager, motivation and de-motivation at the work, interpersonal communication, and other issues. The seminar participants were awarded certificates.
