New road is being constructed from State Flag Square in Azerbaijan’s capital in direction of city’s center, head of Sabail District Executive Power Asif Asgarov said.

To him, construction of The Flame Towers complex, Four Seasons, Hilton and Mariot hotels, new building for Oxford school is being continued: “The construction works in the district will be competed by the end of the year”.
