Italian company plans to supply new equipment for Ekol

Italian company Diemme S.P.A will present to "Ekol muhendislik xidmetleri" a package of proposals to supply installations for land treatment by irrigation, the company reported on Wednesday.

The agreement was reached during the visit of the Ekol delegation headed by CEO Ramil Aliyev to the Italian city of Lugo.

During the meeting, experts of Diemme S.P.A demonstrated the installation, informed about its productivity, economic rationality and technological features. The sides agreed that following Diemme’s specialists’ visit to Azerbaijan and study the situation on the spot the company will introduce a package of proposals.

The co-founders of Ekol Muhendislik Xidmetleri - created on March 1, 2006 to solve environmental problems on the Absheron Peninsula - are SOCAR (51 percent) and Lancer SA Services (49 percent).
