Azerenergy distribution networks increase electricity consumption

Azerenergy's electricity distribution networks have consumed about 2.83 billion kilowatts-hours of electricity in January-May, a statement said.

The figure exceeds the number for the same period in 2010 by 118,900 kilowatts-hours.

Subscribers from the population group consumed more than 1 billion kilowatts-hours of electricity.

According to the information, charges for electricity hit 81 percent for 2010. The figure increased by 7 percent up to 83 percent for subscribers from the population group.

During the report period, more than 100 percent of the payments on the total payment of one electrical outlet were registered.
