Stagnation observed in Azerbaijan’s land market

Comparative price rise was observed in Garadag and Khazar districts (0.1%). Most price fall was observed in Sabunchu district (0.4%). The most active districts are Binagadi and Khatai. The most passive district is Nasimi.

The moist expensive land was $210,000 for sq.m Nasimi district (Near Europe Hotel), cheapest land - $350 for sq.m in Absheron district.
