Apartments in newly-constructed buildings go down in Baku

The May’s passivity in primary market of real estate of Baku was substituted for comparative activity. According to Property Market Participants PU, these cases were recorded in newly-constructed buildings last month.

According to specialists of organization, this tendency will create opportunity for participation of newly-constructed buildings in mortgage market and this segment of market will be active from autumn months.

Number of selling buildings was 434 in May. Number of construction companies was 154. Most of construction works are conducted in Yasamal district. Next places are Khatai and Nasimi districts.

Most of purchaser activity was recorded in 3-rooms apartments.

According to PU, newly-constructed buildings went down in May. So that, the prices decreased by 0.2% to AZN 839 for each m².
