Budgetary organizations to submit the proposals on state budget for 2012 to Ministry of Finance by August

Firstly priority issues for separately spheres of economy, adopted legislation and normative-legal acts for concrete organization, including expenditure directions considered on purposed measures and state programs and legally protected expenditures will be preferred during the determining of Azerbaijan’s budget’s income and expenditure for 2012-2015, said Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov at the Board Meeting.

He noted that, one of the main duties of Ministry was developing the projects of Azerbaijan’s state budget and consolidated budgets for 2012-2015 in accordance to the requirements of law on Budget System. He noted the Cabinet of Ministry’s order on submitting of state budget project, as well country’s economic and social development conception and forecast performances to the head of state, affirmation of Action Plan in accordance to the signed order about Ministry’s duties, establishment of state commissions on income and expenditure for development of projects on state and consolidated budgets for 2012-2015.

Giving the tasks on projects of State and Consolidated budgets for 2012 and preparation of consolidated budget for next 3 years Minister noted that, the budgetary organizations had to submit the proposals on state budget for 2012 to Ministry of Finance by August 1.
