Some 50 mln manats to be spent for reconstruction of rural roads around Baku

Around 2000 citizens received monetary compensation road construction projects realized in Azerbaijan so far, Chairman of Azeryolservis JSC under the Ministry of Transport Javid Gurbanov said.

To him, the compensation is received by citizens, who provide all necessary documentation: "Compensation shall be issued in line with market prices".

Gurbanov added that construction work near Darnagul road would be completed in late 2012 - mid 2013. Compensations for the demolition of buildings in this area has not been paid yet: "Issuance of compensation is not carried out due to the fact that it is not formed by appropriate documentation. Only 345 people near Bilgah road compensation must get compensation".

He said that road construction and reconstruction works was considered to carry out in different parts of the country. In general, this year AZN 50 mln is expected to spend for reconstruction of rural roads in the suburbs of Baku.
