Sufficient hopeful talks are being held between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan on construction of Tran Caspian gas pipeline, said the Department Chief in OMV Company Michael-Dieter Ulbrich at the 18th Oil & Gas Conference, in Baku.

According to him, these talks can create situation for the relevant contract.
