SOFAZ may begin purchase of real estate abroad next year

Within the framework of currently discussed new investment strategy of SOFAZ, it is planned to purchase real estate and thus to invest on real estate by the Fund in future, executive director of Fund Shahmar Movsumov said.

To him, that real estate will also be used for establishment of Azerbaijani trading houses abroad.

Note that, at present, the work is underway on Fund’s new investment strategy and is expected to end until the end of 2011. So, SOFAZ may begin to purchase real estate abroad next year.
