AMF held placement of next tranche bonds

On June 2, 2011 next auction on placement interest-bearing book-entry secured bonds of "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" (AMF) was held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The orders were submitted by 3 investors and the volume of bonds 3,000,000 AZN. The volume of offering made AZN 40.782 mln. Orders were submitted at the price of 101.1333%. Placed bonds made AZN 3,000,000. Total placed sum reached AZN 41,000,000.

The maturity date is December 11, 2017.
