Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry's new adviser to accelerate introducing new electronic services in ministry

Ultra company General Director Tahir Mirkishili has been appointed as adviser to the Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister on ICT.

"My work in the ministry will mainly focus on assisting to increase the number of e-services provided by the ministry, their activization and widely use," Mirkishili said.

Previously, Ultra carried out work to introduce an electronic document circulation system in the ministry, thus making a complete transfer of all paper records management, staff and financial accounting of the ministry into an electronic form.

At present, the ministry introduced a number of modules enabling automation of internal document circulation. The company used MegapolisDocNet allowing to quickly prepare and distribute documents on target recipients, which reduces the level of utilization of human resources and paper, while applying the e-workflow system.
