Total agricultural production of agriculture increased by an average of 3.7% in the last 7 years in Azerbaijan

Total agricultural production in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan in 2003-2010 has increased by an average of 3,7%, it has been stated in the report "Socio-economic development of Azerbaijan in 2003-2011 years", developed by the Center for Strategic Studies under the President.

According to the report, in 2003, the volume of production in agricultural sector made AZN 1,366.5 mln, in 2010, this indicator grew by 2,8 times up to AZN 3,877.4 mln.

"Azerbaijan completely ensures itself with potatoes, vegetables, melons, fruits and berries, milk, beef, lamb and other food products", told the document.
