Azerbaijan-US intergovernmental commission meeting to be held after appointment of American co-chair

Holding the next meeting of Azerbaijan-US intergovernmental commission depends on appointment of co-chair to the commission by the US, Azerbaijan’s FinMinister Samir Sharifov said.

To him, the meeting will be held after the appointment of co-chair and members to commission by the US.

"If not held, this meeting will not impede the relations between the two countries. The activity of the commission may contribute to development of relations between Azerbaijan and the USA", he added.
