Individuals and land owners in Azerbaijan to be freed from presenting of notification on social insurance

Individuals and land owners in Azerbaijan will be freed from presenting of a notification for paid social insurance premium, Chairman of Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund Salim Muslimov said.

To him, it is planned to make amendments in the legislation in connection with it. These amendments will be concerned only those, who have employees. Individuals having employees will present a notification to the Fund.

“The sum of social insurance premiums paid by individuals and land owners engaged in entrepreneurship has been shown in the law”, he added.

According to words of Muslimov, at present, preparations for application of automatized system of insurance payments and pension providence are carried out at the Fund. Works carried out in connection with the presentation of notifications are expected to finish within 1 month.
