Representatives of Turkey's Telecommunications Authority visiting Azerbaijan

A delegation led by the President of Turkey’s Telecommunications Authority Tayfun Acarer is visiting Azerbaijan.

Representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish communications and information technologies companies met on Thursday as part of the Turkish delegation's visit.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Azerbaijan's Communication and Information Technologies Iltimas Mammadov highlighted the existence of close relations between the two countries in all spheres, in particular information technologies field as well. He said the visit of the Turkish delegation would open up new opportunities for both countries' companies.

In his turn, Acarer outlined the importance of the visit to define cooperation prospects between the companies.

A film and presentation on information technologies sphere in Azerbaijan were screened at the event.
