Ambassador: Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Netherlands has great potential

Cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands in the agricultural sector has great potential, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan Arjen Peter Uijterlinde said at a business forum today.

"The Netherlands has rich experience in agriculture and is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in this sphere," Uijterlinde said.

A meeting of the two countries’ business circles is underway today in Baku in cooperation with the Azerbaijani ministries and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation.

Uijterlinde said preparation for this event has been held for a long time and it will be a good basis for further development of bilateral relations.

A delegation of 20 agricultural companies from the Netherlands is on visit to Azerbaijan from May 23. The visit will last until May 26.
