Draft amendment in State Social Protection Fund’s budget recommended for parliament’s consideration

A draft amendment in law on "Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund’s budget for 2011" has been discussed at today’s meeting of Parliament’s Economic Policy Committee.

SSPF chairman Salim Muslumov noted that amendments was made to law on pensions. According to this amendment, pensions of persons, who went into retirement until January 1, 2006 and January 1, 2010, will be calculated by new rules: “For realization f this amendment SSPF needs additional AZN 195 mln from July 1. That increase has beenn reflected in the amendment”.

Draft amendment has been recommended to parliament’s meeting.
