Azerbaijan suspends AFB Capital's licenses

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities has suspended AFB Capital's broker and securities management licenses.

The license had been suspended on the basis of AFB Capital's appeal to the State Committee on May 4, 2011. The permission on broker-dealer activity was issued on December 25, 2009 and securities management - on March 3, 2010.

In total, the State Committee issued 13 licenses on broker activity, 12 - dealer activity, three - the depositories' activity, one - clearing activity and the Stock Exchange activity, three - on
securities management, two - a register of holders of securities.
