Baku hosts workshop on German experience on management of state's real estate

Workshop titled “Management of real estate of the state: German experience” was held in Baku.
Representatives of State Committee on Property Issues (SCPI), German society for technical cooperation (GTZ) project manager Wolf Schmider, as well as, director of Department on Share Management of German Federal Agency on Real Estate Manfred Lange also attended the event.

Rustam Shahbazov, SCPI Deputy Chairman, briefed on important projects implemented in social and non-oil spheres in Azerbaijan. He noted the importance of the projects supported by German Development Bank (KfW) and Norwegian Mapping and Cadastre Authority (Statens kartverk).

Wolf Schmider and Manfred Lange spoke of the registration of real estate of the state, leasing and subleasing of real estate, determination of rental fees in Europe, especially in Germany. The event culminated with presentation of certificates to participants.
