Prices of commercial facilities goes up in Baku, in April, rental fees rise

In April, price of 1sq. apartment in initial market of Baku has risen 1.3%, from $815 to $826.

Price of new buildings rose 0.2%. In return, prices of apartments in secondary market went down 1.8%. Last month, prices dropped from $1320 to $1296.

Prices of lands increased by 0.3% in April, from %18,454 to $18,510.

Prices of commercial facilities soared 3% in April. Average cost of 1sq facilities rose from $3111 to $3203, up 3.9% compared to the beginning of year, down 3.5% from a year ago.

Experts explain price rise in April with seasonal factors. Besides, sale of cheap facilities in the market so far and expensive new ones caused rise of average price. Rental fees went down 5.1% in April, 1sq facility cost $19.4, down 6.1% compared to the beginning of year and 8.3% from a year ago.
