Baku hosts regular annual forum Microsoft Innovation Day

Microsoft local office in Azerbaijan organized a regular annual forum Microsoft Innovation Day in Baku within the Corporation’s global initiative.

The forum is held with the help of the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry.
The forum is attended by representatives of state agencies, heads of leading Azerbaijani companies, as well as IT specialists.

The purpose of the forum is to exchange views on the impact of modern technology on the Azerbaijani economy and the various spheres of human activity.

The forum will discuss the importance of innovation for ICT development, different spheres of the economy, partnership with businesses by introducing innovations, etc. Special attention is paid to the impact of piracy on innovation development in the national economy.

Microsoft Innovation Day has been traditionally held in Azerbaijan since 2007.
