Head of SOCAR Human Resources Department appointed

Asif Bekirli was appointed the head of SOCAR's new Human Resources Department, SOCAR said.

Bekirli previously headed SOCAR's Training, Education and Certification Department.

The newly created department will announce vacant positions in SOCAR.
