
Azerbaijan starts new project on development of tourism. Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Azerbaijan Tourism Association and Dubai’s Atlantic Holiday Company have signed a contract on establishment of Azerbaijan’s tourism representation in Persian Gulf.
Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev noted that, Azerbaijan participated in exhibitions for publicity of Azerbaijan’s tourism sector in Persian Gulf: "But we need to advance it. For this purpose, it was decided to establish Azerbaijan’s tourism representation in Persian Gulf".
Minister noted that, Azerbaijan has chosen Atlantic Holiday: "Azerbaijan Street will be established within the project. Visit to Azerbaijan will be propagandized, brochures will be distributed, and specialized travels will be organized for foreign tourists. After realization of this project, this year, a wide program was planned to be realized. Atlantic Holiday will engage in that program. Azerbaijan will grant certain fund. IN autumn, Atlantic Holiday will make speech with the program in Azerbaijan".
In turn, head of Atlantic Holiday Rashi-Al-Nuri noted that, they would represent Azerbaijan, decently in the Gulf: "Azerbaijan has sufficient opportunities I tourism sector and our citizens need Azerbaijan’s nature".
Thereafter, a signing ceremony was held. The contract was signed by Abulfas Garayev, head of Azerbaijan Tourism Association Nahid Bagirov and head of Atlantic Holiday Rashi-Al-Nuri.
