SOCAR opens new department

A HR department has been opened at SOCAR.

The department includes sections "Accounting and employee relations", "Training and development" and "Recruitment and placement". The new department will carry out management of works on Human Resources Management.

First appointments have already been added to the department. One of the first participants of SOCAR’s scholarship program, Oxford University master Tural Aliyev has been appointed chief of "Training and development", Oklahoma University master Teymur Mahmudov had been appointed chief of "Recruitment and placement" section.
