
Number of petrol filling stations functioning under SOCAR brand will hit 95 until the end of this year, SOCAR first Vice-president Khoshbakht Yusifzade said at the 5th Caspian Oil & Gas Trading & Transportation Conference.
To him, currently, 60 filling stations operate in Georgia: "In general, SOCAR controls 2/3 of Georgia’s oil products market. There are 6 SOCAR filling stations in Azerbaijan. It is planned to increase this number up to 30 in future".
Yusifzade noted that 20 filling stations had been opened in Odessa within the framework of establishment of filling station network of SOCAR in Ukraine: "Moreover, SOCAR is studying investment opportunities in oil field of Ukraine. Similar works are carried out in Romania as well".
