Microsoft presents Azerbaijani Microsoft Office Language Interface Pack 2010

Microsoft  Azerbaijan has posted the Azerbaijani Microsoft Office Language Interface Pack 2010 on its corporate Internet resource, a statement said.

The language pack includes localization packs for Microsoft Office Excel 2010, Microsoft Office OneNote 2010, Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010 and Microsoft Office Word 2010.

The company has completed the localization of the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system in Azerbaijani. It was first demonstrated within the 16th International Exhibition on Telecommunications and Information Technology - BakuTel-2010.

The work on the operating system's localization was conducted by a foreign contractor.

At present, there are Windows XP and Windows Vista operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Office 2007 office packs among Microsoft products, localized using the Azerbaijani language.

The first localization of Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003 software was implemented by AZEL. Windows Vista and MicrosoftOffice 2007 were translated into Azerbaijani by SINAM.
