Turkey’s MIKES to sell "Parasite" GSM/3G/UMTS Jammer to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

Turkish ASELSAN’s subsidiary firm MIKES is planning to sell one of its products – "Parasite" GSM/3G/UMTS to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. ASELSAN and its subsidiary firm are working now on the plans to present and sell this jammer system in these countries.

This system can be encoded by its users. It has two versions – Saloon and VIP (packed in James Bond bag). "Parasite" can block out the signals in 50 m and prevent explosion of remote-detonated bombs.

Azerbaijani defense industry officials were informed about the jammer system at the IDEX-2011 exhibition and ASELSAN office in Baku as well.
