Azerbaijani military enterprises exported goods totaling USD 13.9 mln

Last year Azerbaijani military enterprises exported the goods totaling AZN 11.1 mln (USD 13.9 mln), reads the report of the Azerbaijani government presented to the parliament.

The defense spending in 2010 exceeded the 2009’s spending by 40%.

This year it is planned to develop 18 projects on the establishment of new production spheres, the establishment of various mine throwers and the ammunitions for them, sniper rifles, machine and submachine guns, HAND grenades, detonators, ranges, pilotless aircrafts, simulators and other goods by order of the armed forces.
