Trades at Baku Interbank Currency Exchange

The weighted average exchange prices made up 0,7937 AZN for 1 US dollar in the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BICEX) on March 2. The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 0,7927 AZN at the morning session on US currency in the BEST (Bourse E-system of trades).

Deals worth AZN 722,540 were registered on instrument USD/AZN T+0. Manat exchange rate made up AZN 0,7927 for one dollar. At the afternoon session, deals worth AZN 1,587,400 were registered on instrument USD/AZN T+0. Manat exchange rate remained unchanged.

The volume of trades totaled AZN 2,309,940 (USD 2,910,000) on the instrument USD/AZM for both sessions. The deals on the instrument USD/AZM T+1, T+2 and SWAP USD/AZN were not registered. No deals were made on Instrument RUB/AZN.

In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, BakiBOR index counted in line with requests made by market makers constituted 13.00% in AZN on 90 day-instruments and 13,57% in USD.

No deals on credit instruments were made between banks on March 3.
