25 February 2011 [10:46] - TODAY.AZ
A barrel of Azeri Light crude price hit 2.6-year high and topped $112.86. A barrel of Light sweet crude oil rose $ 4.53 and sold for $ 98.10 in New York market, while British Brent crude oil surged $ 5.47 to trade at $ 111.25 at the London ICE.

Oil prices hit their highest levels in two-and-a-half years amid fears the unrest in Libya could spread to larger oil producing nations and disrupt supplies.
