St. Petersburg to host first meeting on establishment of Azerbaijani Businessmen's Business Investments Association

The Chamber of Commerce of St. Petersburg will host the first meeting of the Organizing Committee on the establishment of the Azerbaijani Businessmen’s Business Investments Association on Feb. 24 with the organization of the Consulate General of Azerbaijan and the business community, the Consulate General said on Wednesday.

Reportedly, the event will be attended by over 70 businessmen. The main goal of the establishment of the association is to provide legal assistance to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs functioning in St. Petersburg, preparation of joint business plans, ensuring the Azerbaijani entrepreneurs’ participation in economic tenders held by the city, assistance to the middle and small businesses, as well as cooperation with companies, manufacturing enterprises and businessmen working in Azerbaijan.
