Azerbaijan not to increase gas prices for domestic consumers

Increase in gas prices is not planned in Azerbaijan, SOCAR's Azerigaz Production Association head Akbar Hajiyev said today.

"We have not appealed to the Tariff Council and in general increase in gas prices is not planned," Hajiyev said.

Presently, gas price for customers in Azerbaijan amounts to 100 manat per 1000 cubic meters.
