PU Azerkimya sends consignment of butane-butylene fraction to NizhnekamskNeftekhim plc

Production Union (PU) Azerkimya of the Sate Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) sent the first consignment of butane-butylene fraction, after the restoration of the "EP-300" industrial complex, to the Russian NizhnekamskNeftekhim  plc in accordance with the company's order, SOCAR reported.

The PU attaches great importance to strengthening of the cooperation with the largest petrochemical companies of Russia. Azerkimya intends to work jointly with the Russian enterprise to enhance the exchange of chemical products.

The company intends to send another kind of chemical product - propylene to Nizhnekamsk by late 2010.
