Prices on construction materials market rises by 4% in Baku

Property Market Participants Public Union held a monitoring of 88 construction materials types in September. According to PMP the growth of activity was observed at the construction materials market. Total volume of produced material at the market made 54.55%, volume, of imported productions made 45.45%.

The average prices of construction materials decreased by 0.7% in September. The decreasing of prices was observed in wood materials and non-metallic mining products. Growth of prices was observed in glass wool imported from Turkey, Iran and China.

The prices rose 4.0% and 20.5% compared with beginning of third quarter and January of 2010. The growth of price increased by 18% compared to last year.
