Entrepreneurs from southern Azerbaijan issued preferential loans worth 420,000 manat

Today the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development granted preferential loans worth 420,000 manat to 36 entrepreneurs in Astara and the surrounding areas, the ministry said.

Implementation of the projects will facilitate to open more than 90 new jobs, the report said.

Today the fund held the next event with the participation of 300 entrepreneurs from Lankaran economic region in Astara. It focused on the issues of state support for entrepreneurship development in the regions.

The participants familiarized with the activity of Astara Buket Cay company, Ltd. "Eleddin Fermer" orchards (kiwi), Lenkeran Konserv producing canned products, construction work to build Xan-Lenkeran tourist infrastructure, construction of refrigeration warehouse with capacity of 2,000 tons and greenhouses in Masalli, leading companies Masallı Demir Beton, construction of refrigeration warehouse with capacity of 2,000 tons in Jalilabad, the companies Cavid-s and ADİ., Avanqard warehouse for the storage of grain, and work carried out to increase production of Celilabad Broyler.

The fund held the training. The entrepreneurs were briefed on the mechanism of granting preferential loans, the formation of business ideas, the preparation and submission of investment projects.
