SOCAR attends conference on occasion of 35th anniversary of Petro Vietnam

The representatives of SOCAR have recently visited Vietnam to join the international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 35th anniversary of PetroVietnam oil and gas group, press service of SOCAR says.

President of PetroVietnam Pkhang Dinkh Tkhudjt met SOCAR delegation led by the Vice-President Soltan Aliyev. The sides have discussed development of bilateral cooperation.

After the meeting the delegation visited the museum of the Oil Company and Oil Institute of Vietnam. SOCAR officials also met representatives of Vietsovpetro Oil Company and its Director General to discuss prospects for cooperation.

PetroVietnam is the trading name of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. The company’s activities, through its various companies and wholly owned subsidiaries, cover all the operations from oil and gas exploration and production to storage, processing, transportation, distribution and services.
